Article 1 – Definitions
The following definitions apply to these Terms:
Withdrawal Period: The period within which the customer can exercise the right to cancel a purchase.
Consumer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with Savioza Fashion.
Continuous Contract: A distance contract relating to a series of products or/and services over time.
Right of Withdrawal: The consumer's right to cancel a distance contract within the specified period.
Company: Savioza Fashion — offers products to consumers via distance sales.
Distance Contract: A contract concluded between the consumer and Savioza Fashion using electronic communication means.
CESOP: The EU's Central Electronic System of Payment Information for monitoring payment service providers.

Article 3 – Scope
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between the consumer and Savioza Fashion.
Before any agreement is concluded, the Terms will be made available to the consumer electronically.
Article 4 – Offers
All offers on the website are non-binding. Savioza Fashion reserves the right to modify prices, product availability, or content at any time.
Prices include the product price and, where stated, shipping costs.
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and carrier charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Article 5 – Conclusion of Agreement
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the agreement becomes binding.
From that moment, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers must await delivery before initiating a return request under Articles 6 and 6a.
⚠️ Cancellations are not possible after payment confirmation.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Return costs are borne by the consumer.
Article 6a – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
→ Products discounted by 40% or more are considered final sale — no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. → Products discounted by less than 40% can be returned according to our Return Policy.
Article 7 – Costs in Case of Withdrawal
Upon withdrawal, Savioza Fashion will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
A restocking fee of €15 per item applies to eligible returns to cover inspection and handling costs.
Article 8 – Customs and VAT
The consumer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations.
Savioza Fashion is not the importer of record for international shipments.
Any costs during customs processing are solely the customer's responsibility. Failure to complete import procedures does not provide a right to cancellation or refund.
Article 9 – CESOP Compliance
In accordance with EU regulations, payment service providers may report transaction data to the CESOP system.
Savioza Fashion complies with all applicable legal obligations.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
All products are expected to conform to the descriptions provided on the website.
If a product is delivered defective or does not match the description, the customer must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Article 11 – Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within 14 days.
If a delay occurs, the customer will be notified within 7 days of placing the order.
Savioza Fashion is not responsible for customs delays or related costs. Failure to complete import processes does not grant the right to cancellation or refund.
Article 12 – Complaint Resolution
Complaints must be submitted via email within 7 days of discovering the issue.
We aim to respond within 14 days. If additional time is required, the customer will be informed accordingly.
Article 13 – Disputes
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes will first be resolved through mutual consultation. If unresolved, disputes will be heard by the competent court in Athens, Greece.
